Wellness has never been a phase for me. It's grown, layer by layer over the years. In how I move, what I eat, the boundaries I've learned to hold. I've always loved sharing what I learn. Living this way is where I feel most like myself, learning, moving, trusting my intuition.

Sauna ritual had already become part of my last year of PhD study, though I didn't know yet what it was really giving me. It was only after I finished, when I was empty in a way nothing had prepared me for, that I understood. Somewhere in the stillness after the heat, I found something I didn't have a word for yet. I later learned it was called Rauha, the Finnish term that describes the profound stillness that settles over you after a sauna. What I was feeling, without knowing it, was my own nervous system finally regulating.

Fiora Wellness is my opportunity to give that feeling language and to build what carries it, one day, one practice at a time. For you, that means showing up for yourself isn't the exception, it simply becomes ritual.
